Pastor Lance Wade
​Lance Wade has been on staff at Union Grove Baptist Church since December of 2017.  Lance has spent over twenty years serving in the ministry and loves all people.  He got his education from Brewton-Parker College and Liberty University.  Lance and his family are very excited to see what God has in store for our church!

Deborah Ann Eskridge
Deborah Ann Eskridge has been on staff at Union Grove Baptist Church since January of 2022.  In 2021, she received her bachelor's degree in Psychology from Middle Georgia State University. Deborah has a sweet spirit and a love for everyone she meets. She is always eager to learn and help where she is needed. Because of this, she also serves in the music ministry as a drummer.
